yup. been there, done that.
va unemployment wants their money back, now. i lost my job in november of 08. wrongfully terminated, and had documents to prove it. earned my unemployment benefits. found a job a few weeks later, worked there part time as "seasonal" help. they let all their seasonal people go, myself included. well, they ended up giving my reason of departure as "walking out on the job", and now VA unemployment wants $3900 of the $4400 they paid me, back because walmart lied to them.

i got laid off in april of 09 (recently) and they just the other day finally gave me the money they've owned me.
i checked my account figuring i was in the negative and it showed va state giving me 1,100 dollars.. so at least i got it fixed so now i can get my money like im supposed to and I'm going for my 2nd interview at Virginian Pilot on Wednesday. hopefully things will start coming back together.
