I would defiantly stop running that motor. Tensioner is not set right or not even tight. Re-adjust the tensioner with a little prybar help.
the spring should pull it up, just use your hand to help it, have seen overtightened belts snap once they heat up

Thanks guys, problem solved. i was just paranoid about it and that the engine was not warmed up long enough in the video or when i looked at it. i just had car problems in the past and needed a second opinion.
