round count? probably the best shooting gun you can own for less than they sell a glock. Shouldn't last long. -I've owned 2 and a 226 will make you look/shoot better : p

How many rounds through?

 

jk date code indicates it was manufactured in 1989 therefore i cannot give an accurate estimate. i have personally put 1000 rnds through it without a failure to feed or failure to fire.

 

I've been doing some pricing and was able to find this pistol for less than 599 brand new. I'm not bashing. Just wondering how you have come up with your price? After 1000 rounds through the gun I would think that the price would be a little lower... Everyone tell me if I'm crazy but I don't think the price is refelective of the condition of the gun...

 

first off who the hell cares what u would pay for a p226 or what the hell u think of my price or the condition of my gun. second, if ur not interested in purchasing this gun then keep ur thoughts, comments and the like to yourself or start ur own thread on the appropriate price range for west german p226s in the appropriate forum.

 

I never said what I would or wouldn't pay for your p226... Was just pointing out that I could get a new one for about 100 more. I WAS interested in purchasing the gun until you flipped out ^^^^ like that ^^^^^. Something with 1000+++ rounds through it is heavily used btw. I just felt like the gun may not be priced appropriately. I was considering making an offer and just wanted to point out what I found a brand new one for. Notice the part where I said "I'm not bashing". Anyway, guess you don't feel like selling it, just being a bully on your price. GLWS and GL to the person who decides to actually purchases from this guy. Seems like he might have a temper problem...
