Could be a sensor problem, could need new plugs and/or plug wires, could be timing. Could be something as simple as hot ambient air not making the same power as a cooler day.

Do you notice a lack of power before you get to the VTEC engagement RPM, and is the ECU stock (not chipped, etc)..? Any mods to the engine?

its all bone stock except a k&n filter on stock tube ecu is stock also no mods at all and a friend drove it and he said it had a kinda miss but i didnt feel it

When was the last time that the car had a tune up? If you cannot remember or if you have not clue when it is about time to do a tune up.

Also check your spark plug tubes for oil leaking on the plugs. I had a GSR that was doing that sounded fine, but ran like shit.
