Could be a sensor problem, could need new plugs and/or plug wires, could be timing. Could be something as simple as hot ambient air not making the same power as a cooler day.
Do you notice a lack of power before you get to the VTEC engagement RPM, and is the ECU stock (not chipped, etc)..? Any mods to the engine?

When was the last time that the car had a tune up? If you cannot remember or if you have not clue when it is about time to do a tune up.
Also check your spark plug tubes for oil leaking on the plugs. I had a GSR that was doing that sounded fine, but ran like shit.
