The guy I talked to drives a gn and also races bikes. nm if it were you...you would remember my v6 mustang..
I'm going to try and avoid the water box next go around and heat the hell out of these tires. Probablly going to go with a bigger tire next time also. I'm thinking of buying some m&h cheaters...my buddy can get me a set for around 200 dollars.

No it wasn't me. Go w/ a set of slicks if you don't mind changing them out at the track.

I would like to see what a set of slicks would do on this car...I may try to borrow a set for a couple of runs to see what they do for me.

You have the MPH to go low 12s . I would try a couple of things that might help you.
Stage as shallow as you can.
roll through the water and then do your burnout.
try to get a little more heat in the tires.

The Nittos should be able to go in the 1.9s easy on your car. I know there not as good as MTs but they can work real well.
Good luck.

I think if i could cut a 1.9 60 it would put me in mid 12's. Imo the car is making around 350hp/tq. I'm running a little more boost than when it made 318/326 with problembs. I am going to try and avoid the water box all together and back into the shallow end then pull out and heat the hell out of the tires. The best 60' with this car has been a 2.08

I feel he needs to be closer to 90 mph for that to happen.
