Front and rear is 17x7 et40. Fronts are sucked in 1inch. Rear are sucked in 2 inches.
I want 17x8.5 et56 on front and flush.
I want 17x9.5 et56 on rear and flush.

This is hard to explain with out actually seeing how my wheels currently fit. They are sunk in like a bitch.

so you want to buy new wheels? widen your current wheels? or just space the 17x7 to fit like said wheels?

the 17x8.5+56 will only take away 3mm of the fender to tire sunkenness
and the rear 17x9.5+56 will clean up 16mm of the gap

I have vette sawblades, which are 8.5 wide and 9.5rear. I need to figure what spacer size to run.

I caught you before the edit. I need spacers to fill the sunk look. Which I think will be 1in front and 1.3rear.

bing

i think this thread is worthless,

you have the wheels you want,
you know the gap that needs to be filled,
even have the measurements of said gaps,
buy spacers to fill the gap!
25.4mm front and 33.5mm rear, or just buy them in sae
1" front 1.25 rear.

Care to tip me off on the necessity of this thread?

I wanted to verify I calculated it right before buying a nonreturnable item. Otherwise yes. This thread is now worthless.

However in a week I will be asking about what tire size. But that will have more measurements and pictures.

if you are trying to make the sawblades fit like they 17x7s did you will need to have the hub of the wheels shaved as the new set pokes more than the 17x7 without any spacers.

I am confused.

Are you asking me if I want my 9.5s to be sunk in like my 7s?

I want the exact opposite. I wanted to figure out what spacer I needed to make my wheels sit flush.
