Going by it just saying formula on the side, Was this originally an 5.0 LB9 car? Also the Y-pipe and cat are lower than normal... Im guessing the torque ripped the hanger

I thought all formulas that had the 5.7 L98 had Formula 350 spelled out on the side. Don't get me wrong i'm not bashing you, Its just I've always loved 85-89 Formula's and T/A's.

 

yes originally it was a 5.0 car and when the original motor died we found a rebuilt L98 block and installed the comp cam, intake, headers, ect
ive never looked underneath i know the headers and y-pipe are aftermarket(all edelbrock)
yeah all Formula's from 87 to 90 would say Formula 350 if it came with the 5.7, 91-92 would just say Formula no matter what motor was installed
