ok the message i just got on honda tech said to just use the bumper and drill new holes and use zip ties, heres the message
basically the only thing you have to do is swap bumpers, i just drilled holes for the side clips and used zip ties because they dont line up as far as body lines and hole locations for fitment on the fender wells.

Most cars have a different door layout between sedans and coupes/hatches because the hatch/coupe doors are longer and usually open to a different angle. It's minor stuff, but just enough to not make fenders a drop-in replacement.
Yeah, most of the time the fenders have to be cut and matched.
This case, the bumpe will work with 4dr fenders, you just need to use different hardware.
