Bump, i forgot to add - You MUST be a VA resident with a VA license (it is illegal to sell to anyone with out a valid VA license) You must be over 21 ( i know some people say you can be 18, yada yada, i am not comfortable selling anything that goes bang to someone under 21, so sorry you must be 21 +) you will have to sign two bills of sale (one being your copy, one being mine)
