UNTIL the skins have a real GM they will never be successful.....DAN Snyder is a business man not a coach or general manager...Until he let the coach control the team who stay and who go they always going to be the best team in paper ....IF you put the patriots in redskin uniform they will suck...is sad to see how devoted fans are to the skins but they go no where and every year is heart brake.....as long as FEDEX field is sold out...SNYDER dont care is all about money period...

You should listen to the fan 106.7 FM, constant non-stop whining about the skins, which sadly is all true and justified. I love the skins, cant stand Snyder. Its just better to watch them loose on the tube, unless Zorn can call some better plays this week and the offense can execute.

i think he was trying to say that snyder tries to act like a gm/coach? in order for this team to succeed we need change up top, even if snyder was to stay hes going to need someone to come in and change the culture of this organization.
