Thanks! From what I've read, the stock rearend can handle up to 200hp safely. Plus the gearing is ideal for the KA. The MG has a 3.9 gears and the stock 240sx came with 4.0 gears. Your 72 B sick by the way. I remember coming across that on here when I picked up my B. Any pics of your 79 on here?

The stock rear end is good enough for around 200hp as long as you aren't continuously dumping the clutch. The only problem I have with it is the cost of a LSD(~$2100 new). Its a lot cheaper to use a narrowed ford 8" or a hybrid (8" center section/axles and the mg tubes ). You'll end up with a posi-rear that's good for ~500hp.
The CB B is actually my dads, mine isn't nearly as nice.
