yes it has main caps and crank its only missing one rod cap and oil pickup thats it

if anyone needs any info here is what i got from doespike on honda-tech.

"It's probably legit. This R died young. Total insurance loss due to collision in November 2001. Last title was a Salvage in VA. She was a PY. Badge was prolly #1092 I don't have any other info on it."
