Their dyno reads very similar to a mustang dyno. Couple of friends did another dyno at another shop (mustang dyno) and the reading were close.

Dynojets are about 99% consistent. I've used over a dozen dynojets and I've only ever seen one that had fishy results. Still not sure what's up with that particular one, it used to read like the others till lightning hit it and it's read low ever since.
I HIGHLY doubt it's off. More than likely, it's the users expectations that are off.

There is nothing to tweak on a dynojet. It's a roller with a sensor. There are some balancers for the rollers but that's about it. All you can do is replace the sensor. There is zero adjustment that can be made on the end user side to alter the outcome of numbers. The only way to alter output is by altering the signal from one of the environmental sensors, and that wouldn't help uncorrected numbers. This is also why they are idiot proof and all read pretty much the same.
