When I get a new radiator support I am gonna bolt it up so that I can have easier access to my turbo and downpipe.

i used a big ass mallet and a chizzle(sp?) to get my old one off. took me about an hour. and then i used a grinder to make it all smooth and pertty again. its only spot welds so it shouldnt be too hard to break off

Pinch welds actually... On most vehicles where the core is "welded" on... I have a drill bit specifically for getting those off... I just drill through the first layer of metal and most of the time it pops loose and I don't even mess the metal up underneath...

ooooh my bad. i dont even think ive ever heard of pinch welds so i stand corrected. but thats pretty nifty. next time i wreck my shit i might have to invest in one of those. but yea if you dont have one of those a grinder or some mean banging with a chizzle will do the trick with some patience
