Not at all. Then again, I saw these damn things for 8 years in a row......so its really easy for me to spot the differences at a glance.

You can definitely get the kombi out without taking the steering wheel off though......just takes some carefulness and patience.

That's 98 RON, not (RON+MON/2) like we have here in the US (just about the only unit of measurement that is used in the USA but not elsewhere that is better than the alternative).

98 octane in Europe is equivalent to our 93 octane here. Its a different rating, through the RON Factor like stated above. The RON Factor was our proof to bitch smack customers running 87 octane and complaining of rough running. The DME can calculate the RON Factor based on vehicle performance.....so we could literally see if you have been running 93 octane, like the vehicle calls for.
