Getting slightly tempted to open it and see what PS3 is all about. Rather not though.. up there for a brand new in box slim PS3 120gb. $14.99 off usual price + whatever tax is.

I reported the post to be locked as well, never happened, the request probably got lost in the shuffle.

But, to reiterate, it's been opened. Albeit, not played (aside to see how well it played Blu-Ray for 5 minutes worth of a movie), though still opened.

But hey, since I'm not actually using the thing, I'll throw it up for sale.. used for a whopping 15 minutes (time to setup PSN account, get updates and play about 5 minutes of Transformers movie).
