WHY the fuck doesn't anyone have a title these days!, If you say it's not that hard, or you have all the paperwork, then get the damn title! Sick of finding something decent that has no title! Waste of everyone's time!

overview:
bike brought to Extreme Motorcycle Concepts on Mercury Blvd for the exhaust
owner couldnt pay for it so it sat
Extreme motorcycle Concepts put a mechanics lein on it and held onto it for a bit more
They inturn sold it in a public auction with several other bikes and a "guy" bought it
He held onto it for a bit tried to get title and failed
he sold me the bike I did the repairs/mods/maintence on it
I couldnt get it titled because i need a TOW BILL OR REPAIR BILL from a company that dosnt exist anymore
I didnt look into it that much because carbed bikes not so good as stunt bikes compared to frame designes/compact/FI bikes have (+03) so therfore im selling
I have about 9 pages of information/titling paperwork from Extreme

I'm interested, but I have to be sure I can title it through WV.

Local DMV is absolutely no help, but a friend of a friend works at a title service, so we shall see.
