i will have a battery box (need one to pass VA SI, right?)
and i dont really plan on any track days, more of a DD/street car.

Make sure you have some type of current protection on the battery end of the cable. Then you won't make a colorful, pretty car fire if the battery cable gets damaged.

im including a fused link in my install price i quoted already,
re-settable breaker is available.
it all depends on his price range.

For those wondering, I WILL NOT relocate without some type of fail safe, so dont ask
