This is ironic, because I was just looking at the latest Grassroots Motorsports Magazine where it states that the E36 is the best affordable track car. Got me interested since I'm thinking about switching to something else from the boosted 240sx. Now that I know the E36 goes for $28k, I'll stick with the Nissan and have 2 more sitting in the garage for that price........That or 5 miatas.

lol. as already stated you could probably build 2.5 very NICE e36 track cars for the price that guy is asking for his on CL.
