thats right, what was I thinking, because since the h22 has such large strokes it cannot be revved as high as other cars such as the b18c5 or whatnot....I just got all mixed up

kool so check this out the h22 has a 90.7 stroke if i take a ls and put my vtecc head on it and sleeve it with darton i can rev up to 8g all day without having to worry about anything right?

ive decied to stay with stock 96mm bore and 80 mm stroke....

i dont need a 3.2 l turboed motor that has 105mm bore with 92mm stroke will bring motor up in price about 8k.... i would have to deal with getting motor balanced perfect with addition to installing counter balancing shafts... also get special block shipped in from sweden

there is a lot more to spinning high RPMs than just the rotating assembly. ever heard of valve float? plus if your camshaft isnt going to keep giving you power at 8,000rpm why would you want to spin that high?

RPMs dont mean shit if your motor isnt gonna keep producing power. the sooner people learn that, the less were all going to hear about motors popping. someone on here one time said "Ruins Peoples' Motors." its pretty fitting

yes i know what ur talking about basically my question is can darton sleeves handle it without warping? i already got my head tooking care of, just want to know if darton can handle the longer stroke
