i decided to be a nice guy and give him his 200 back eventhough he didnt ask for it

Sounds fishy. Guy gave you a $200 deposit for a $350 lcd tv, and doesn't ask for it back or show up to pick it up? ...right after someone comments on your price?

 

the comment on the price has nothing to do with anything. i called him to ask him what time was he coming today and he says he cant make it but if i need to sell it go ahead, he did not mention his deposit so i did, and i offered to give it back, its not like it was 50 bucks im pretty sure he could use that 200 for something else and he apreceated it and i aint no crook and no i will not do business with him again.

And if you dont want the tv, you dont waste my time either.
