like they said camaros, fords, vettes have been used as cop cars for years. If you go to florida you'll see tons of state troopers driving z28's and out in cali they use vette's, I think they have some z06's. Here in Virginia they don't use them as often but they do have them.

if they are anything like the the vic's then they also have heavy duty tranny's as well as oil/transmission coolers... i know that goes for the police package vic's

i think the speed limiter is set to 130 on the police z28...

 

all the police packages include are heavy duty everything and maybe some slight engine mods. other than suspension packages most of the stuff is avaliable from the dealer...

 

shit i was talking to a vb city cop ... he said if you take off from him and can go over 120 they are going to let you keep on going, he would rather go home and have you go home safely then to have to go home and tell his kids he chased someone till they died ... he said nobodys life is worth a high speed chase, that he just turns his head so to say, really cool cop

 

well duh i have known other states to use mustangs and such but i never have seen one in virginia. thanks for all of the smart ass remarks guys.
