Re: JDM GSR issues
Well, maybe it got damaged during the swap onto the new throttle body, or maybe it's horribly mis-calibrated. Often the ECU doesn't trigger a CEL unless the sensor signal is outside of the normal 0.5-4.5V range (fault detection is the primary reason automotive sensors generally don't have 0-5V signal range) so it's possible that the ECU is seeing a completely different TPS reading than it should for the airflow the throttle is passing through.

You just turn the sensor body until the sensor readings match what they should for the open or closed throttle position. You should be able to find some Google hits with good writeups.

You'll have to buy more than beer... like a plane ticket.
You just need a voltmeter and some instructions, if you can swap a throttle body or replace a TPS you can easily check out a TPS to see if it's working or not.
Don't be scared of electrical things. They can't hurt you.

Yeah, check out the signal voltage before you remove it or whatever. You don't want to change variables in the middle of the troubleshooting process.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to put a stock throttle body back on to see if that changes anything. You've changed the manifold and the throttle body, and it's hard to pin down which might be the problem if they were installed at the same time.

Re: JDM GSR issues
They were both put on at the same time. But I have gotten around to fuckin with it today.
Is there any way this could maybe be a fuel issue?

Re: JDM GSR issues
fabrik 8 is right it is tps position. i had the same exact problem. take a flashlight and look under your tps sensor when puting it on the throttle body, the bar under the sensor gets placed between the two bars on the throttlebody.
