To be honest I would only make an offer after seeing the wheels in person, especially if they have tires on them, I'm picky when its comes to tire brands, and no offense but unless i see them in person your wheels are not mint, there are plenty of people who say "mint" when they are actually haggard and beat to piss, and i would hate for you to drive down here for me to say no, that is why i want to buy locally
