the hood and the bumper are the main issues, the roof looks alright, like you would expect a 99 to look. No white spots or anything like that. I was told that the hood was wax that was left on the car for TOO long then when removed it had done that to the paint. I am not a body guy, I honestly do not know. Right now the car is parked with a car cover over it till I sell it.
