In the Richmond,VA area and I have about $7,000 - $8,000 and want to find a decent car that's well worth the value.
Dont want a car that has issues or needs major repair.
Something that has less than 130kmiles and maybe some leather seats.(but not necessary)
Dont matter if its a auto or 4 door..
