I got a link for my set up...Ok before you take a look please note I'm still new this my first set up but you still may wanna throw up :\, but it looks ok at night if you squint your eyes really hard, honest.

it's not the speaker wire that makes the ohm's change, it's how you actually wire it up (parallel, series, etc.) you don't sound like you know what you're doing one bit, so I suggest you take it somewhere. and you're fine with your 8 gauge.

i second what he said.. should have taken it to somebody who knows what they are doing and knows what a 4ohm (lol) speaker wire is! again talk to this guy dxplicitone and he can prolly help you out.

hmm i just used the fattest wire i could find and my system sounds beutiful
