why is that i hear that predetor tunes are decent for 11-14psi , and it runs great like its factory iv never experienced any hicups or anything like that?

They're not. I'd get it checked since Predator uses obscene timing and a/f ratios to get the "higher" numbers and I know this from experience.
My 2.8 box pulley tune had a 13-1 A/F and 26 degrees of timing.....not good.
