Actually fired the car up today, had a leaky water pump. went to the parts store tonight, gonna replace it in the morning and finish the car up tomorrow. Should have it ironed out and running by tomorrow night. If this is the case, probably won't sell or if I do it will be for more than what I was originally expecting.
