Im sorry that is 17x9 +25 stock. The car these came off of has a lot of mods so I will measure them to make sure they weren't upgraded to 10"

I have no idea what width the wheels are I know at least 9's, and the tires are indeed 285/40's they are 17's and the tread has passed state inspection a month ago! I only took the wheels off because I have black wheels that matched better.
