i checked all the fuses under the hood and dash and none are bad checked them with a voltometer everything checked out just fine my friend suggested it may be a relay somewhere and im thinking that the wiring is run off of the original stock wiring for the headlights but i havent traced it to where its going

THIS...unless you checked the fuses AFTER the "spark". If you checked BEFORE the light wire "sparked", go check them again.

My best guess would be you just need new headlight bulb harnesses they are at any parts store and you just cut and splice like a basic deck install, its not as good as soldering but its easy quick and if you leave it alone, shouldn't ever let you down. spark was prob the socket burning out
