yea, only a couple hundred for parts... but who wants to completely rebuild an engine for less than the cost of a used motor? i know i don't. after gasket sets, machine time, new rings, bearings, etc (cuz i personally wouldn't put a motor together if i wasn't gonna do it right) you're in the 1K+ bracket

I understand you all's point's,but when he first got the car he said at the most two weeks and the car would be ready. Now when he told me it would take longer,i had no problem with that the main thing that is irrtating me is lack of communication, i feel that if i am reparing somebody's car that me and the person who i am fixing the car should stay on communcation status, especially when the person whose car you are fixing is constantly calling you and asking you what's going on and can never get in touch with you. Oh and on the rebuilding/getting another motor thing, see if i would of known for the get go that the valves actually hit the pistons, then more than liely i would of just went and got another motor, however even though there's a long rebuild time it would still be cheaper than buying another 4g63t 6-bolt unless you kow somebody that has one for right at 500 dollars. But anyway, thansk for you guys respoances

Jesse's cool. but just hard to get a hold of. no reason saying stuff that isn't true. he doesn't hang onto cars until he can claim them then sell them. but yes, he is very hard to get in touch with. but he does do great work. he has been trying to get in touch with you but has lost your number. contact me through AIM. I'll get you in touch with him
