I know I sound like a broken record when I keep saying this, but here it is...Psi in most cases is irrelevant. Different turbos make different power at the same pressure level, hence my example in my above post. Psi is simply the level of pressure measured at the intake manifold & MAP sensor. Even though his goal is only 200 whp, it still may take more than 10 psi to actually make 200 whp with that little T25, depending on how efficient his setup is. It's not like he has a T3/T67.

OP...discuss your goal with your tuner, and he will use whatever psi your setup will give him to make that goal. Or sell your turbo, & get you a nice T3/T04E 50 trim & shoot for 250-275. Remember...torque, high cylinder pressures & detonation is what blows motors, not psi. Good tuning & a healthy motor is the is key to a long lasting setup.
hence why I said with a t3.. I wouldnt even run a t25 on any motor, with all the time and money involved with turboing a car properly I feel the OP will be extremly dissatisfied with that small of a turbo. 200hp on a turbo car is not going anywhere..

Agreed.

I had one on my first build, and it was very peppy and responsive down low (spooled like a whore on crack), but MAN, that thing ran out of steam hella quick. I'm more of a peak power guy, because I run my car at the track alot. I sold it & got a 50 trim .63 a/r.

yes, exactly. you still need a conversion harness for your ecu though. check rywire or monotech
