Re: Chaser Aeromotive= bad bad BAD
Just a quick google of Chaser Aero Review shows this is a pretty common problem.
Over on the 350Z boards Chaser seems to be selling parts that clearly weren't meant for 350Zs
The WRX crowd hasnt' faired much better.

OP is dum.
RESEARCH, idiot. You get what you pay for.
You should have atleast looked at the products a little better before you drove your 800 million miles on a three day trek, or atleast how you make it out to sound.
Suck it up, you fucked up just as much as they did.

I have owed "real" vertex, origin..yada..yada. They all fit like piss. Chaser provides customers with copies of a lot of well known $2k plus kits for almost nothing. It takes time to install any kit and im sure a professional body shop could handle this. In your situation, you got the wrong stuff. They offered to do you right by exchanging, you refused, BAM restocking fee. I dont know how thats hard to understand. I have ordered about 3 kits from chaser and had a similar problem, but they resolved the issues.
My new kit BNsports copy was pretty much on point. The rear had to be heated and refiberglassed in some spots to get it to line up.
fits pretty good!!!!

Re: Chaser Aeromotive= bad bad BAD
The excuse that "you signed an invoice which stated at the bottom that they have the right to charge a restock fee" is bogus. They didn't live up to their end of the bargain. Product you signed for and product you received were two different products. Charging you a restock fee for their fuck up is ridiculous. TERRIBLE business practice.

Re: Chaser Aeromotive= bad bad BAD
it would be different if it didnt fit at all...it was the wrong kit all together...and its fucked up that they charged him a restocking fee when THEY gave him the wrong shit after he drove all that way...twice...
they should have just accepted the fact that the customer wasnt happy and ate the fee....
in the auto business you can have thousands of happy customers and no one knows...but one negative customer and everyone knows...
