looking for help on my honda build
exactly FULLY BUILT, not worth the time or money to only get 400 out of a FULLY built motor. any kind of b series will make 400+ on a mild build. or 400+ very safely on a FULL build.
Crazy boosted, modified cars used on track do not = reliable.
Although you have yet to answer what kind of "Tracking" you will be doing.
Do a B-whatever and leave it stock, or simple bolt ons, don't do FI on a motor meant to be NA. Just my opinion.

i also like this idea a lot. consider the h22 for a swap. its relatively cheap for the amount of horsepower and torque you get out of it. seen na h22's make great track cars.
If you're going to be doing track days with it,leave the engine 100%,completely stock.Do many, many track days so you can learn to drive, then start adding power(slowly.Don't jump straight to a built turbo setup).
I agree with leaving it stock for track. Any tracking/AutoX you need to learn the feel of the car first. I did that with my 95 civic.. Now I'm running a B20 High Comp swap in it.. The torque is ridiculous for AutoX.. makes it a fun little car.. thinking about making it a B20V but not sure still.. As far as throwing an H22 in it.. Not a good idea if its going to be tracked... You lose ALOT of handleing if its being used for AutoX or Track.. I consider tracking anything away from Drag.. Drag is not a Track.

From what I have seen and heard its been mixed reviews.. Your throwing a much heavier engine in the front of this car which adds to the understeer, which causes it to not be the best choice of a AutoX car unless you want to take the time to relearn your car. I've also heard from some that its not bad and manageable, so its really your choice, but its most likely going to bump you into a higher class with cars that will most likely beat you everytime.
Edit.... Guess I should also ask what this is going into.. for some reason I assumed it was a civic.. so if not then my answers might be null and void. Either way I'd take the money your going to sink into a swap or H series and work up your suspension and tires and whatnot..
