Op stated tried new switch and motor. So sound like no power to driver window switch...but power to the.driver pass window switch .agreed with you on with even a cheap volt meter would do the job.

i agree with fabrik get a cheap multimeter... start with power to and out of the fuse, check to make sure the relay is energizing and make sure power is going in and out of the switch and to the motor
