well what do you want...good comfortable ride or just a slammed accord? Coilovers are a harsher ride but you have the ability to adjust it. Well you can get lowering spring and have the a better ride. uhmmm lets see you can get Eibach sportline springs which lowers the car a pretty good deal still have some ride comfort. Coilovers and ground controls are just the same thing just ground controls is a brandname for coilovers. For you i would just get lowering springs and some nice Tokicko shocks. Cheap. simple and easy to install. if you need someone to install it...i can do it for you.
