In my opinion, these are close to mutually exclusive for a dedicated set of tires.

Drag = Nittos
Autox = BFGs

I have no personal experience with either but several avid autoxers I know have tried the Nittos and *hated* them for the curvy stuff.

And as others have said, there are better, and cheaper, choices than those two.

Drag radials have a very soft sidewall and I can't see them being very good in a corner, there just not desinged to be good in a coener. I bet you could put a stupid amount of air in them to stifin them up but that just masking the problem.

maxQ and Icantdo55: This was what I was thiking, too...the Nittos wouldn't hold up to the turning and such. I'm really leaning towards the BFGs, even though one person has voted for them and 3 for Nitto...and the thread itself has 97 views!! COME ON Nazis, I know you're watching, lol.

MerF.. I dont think many people have much experiance on these two tires for autocrossing. I would totally trash your current tires before you spend any money.

Sure.. if you don't plan on being competetive autocrossing, drag radials will do.. great if nobody else runs in your class.

I have never been a drag racer, so I don't honestly know.
