update for my man popkins! car has carbon fiber vynal rapped door panels, oem honda ctr floor mats front and rear! stearing wheel is a momo deep dish steering wheel with nrg quick release hub! original milage not swapped cluster or anything! also has clean title, 2nd owner originally bought from old lady who bought car brand new like i said whoever buys this car is getting a hell of a deal they r getting a low milage never swapped car that was never dogged or even rigged in anyway! wish i could cop this as my daily

 

I thought that 96-00 civic 3 door dont come with a cluster with rpm gauge.....guess am wrong..

 

still have stock steering wheel?

 

still have stock wheel and its not a quick release hub. just a normal one.
