Have you tested to make sure that the wires to the fuel pump are getting power (with a test light)? I know that you said that it is not priming. Also check all of the fuses in the engine bay to make sure that they are not blown. Also check to make sure that the ECU wiring has not been damaged(a wire came out of my brothers car stopping the fuel pump from getting power as well as a fuse at one point).

Also the below link has almost all Honda and Acura factory manuals for download.

That makes some sense in my mind, although I can't think how to form it to words at the moment. Test it just to be sure, then check the ecu plugs for loose wires and such. If both of those check out fine id say get to stripping the interior cause you have tracing to do

First I would pull up an electrical schematic to find exactly which wire recieves power and which is ground and where these wires are going. It will graph out every ground and every wire that is tied into the fuel pump and where it goes . Possible broken wire , poor ground. And does the vehcile have spark . I am an acura tech have al schematics will upload tomarrow for reference.

Use the link that I posted. it has the factory manual in PDF form. It also has the wiring diagram. look on page 211 or 299 and it has the trouble shooting steps for no fuel.
