I know Gaven's wheels and Tom's scoop when I see them.

More info needed...

Interior: Leather? Cloth? Blue or black? Turbo center storage box?
Chassis: Stock suspension? Anything replaced?
Brakes: Funtioning or need replacing?
Motor: Maintenance? Timing belt done? valve cover seal done? any leaks? Compression?

You do have a couple major plus factors here, it appears to be mostly stock, A/C and Power Steering work, Cruise control works, TTops don't leak (very good feature) and 94 Tail lights are always a plus.

Will you get $8k for it? NO, no real chance. I know how much Gaven's went for and his had all major maintenance done to it, had full leather interior in great shape, Gaven took extremely good care of it and he sold it mostly stock which is key.

If you can provide information on maintenance being done, and some of the major seals being replaced, waterpump and timing belt being done, my advice, either lower it to compensate for the wheels or sell the wheels seperate, take the Toms scoop off and sell it, and put a $6500 OBO price tag on it and shoot for the $6000-$6500 mark. Also put it on craigslist or MR2OC.com. If the maintenance hasn't been done or you have no proof from your ownership or previous owner that it has been done, $5000-$5800 is a more reasonable expectation of what you should be able to get.

Car has potential to be sold, but you need to do research on the market and price accordingly. blue book value on these is low, but they can and do get sold over blue book all the time due to people wanting a good clean stock one, but they won't go for double blue book.

Just my .02 to help out. GLWS and if you decide to keep it an do any work to it or whatever, hit me up, Gaven knows me and I know more about these cars then I care to sometimes.
