I love you forrest.but are you kidding me, ive pressed those bearings out and put new ones in in 5 minutes when the knuckles are off. we did have a really nice press though. I guess if you are doing it manually it might cost that much. those big chain places just seem to be overly high priced to me. But I mean I know why, for people who don't know how to fix their own car or have a personal mechanic, they can make alot of money that way. And when I didn't have a press I took it to a machine shop in chesapeake called wargo, they did it in 5 minutes and charged me 5 bucks.

well I mean they do have to make money to pay the people, makes sense. just sometimes I think they blatantly charge people 3 times as much as it should just to see if they can get it, ha.

also takes like 100 to 200 + labor hours, plus 1000 just for materia to do a color change on a car.
They dont have to buy shit to put a wheel bearing in considering most people supply them.
