I rotated the front tires/wheels to the back, and the noise/vibration remains in the front. The noise gets louder with higher speeds, and goes completly away with the slightest turn to the right. Thanks for everyone's input. Really getting frustrarted with this one

and it doesnt have to be a significant turn to where weight is shifted to the left side, just barely moving the wheel to the right, it goes quiet and smooth.

i will check the tie rod for separation, that makes sense. turning right extends it out, possibly removing any slack that shouldnt be there. ill let u all know how that goes

Look to see that the axle is fully locked in to the transmission (the clip is holding it in) and that the axle itself is not bent. Unlikely, but its a process of elimination to pinpoint a problem such as this.

It sounds like VSA modulates engine power and the brakes as well, so it would have to use wheelspeed inputs, etc., and it senses turning behavior so there is most likely an accelerometer module in the car somewhere.
Those cars do modulate the brakes to aid in handling and stability,so it could possibly be some issue related to that.

The VSA code(s) needs to be diagnosed and fixed, whether it plays into the vibration issue or not.Was this an insurance paid fix?The car needs to be taken to the dealer or capable shop to getd the VSA issue fixed to rule that out.
As far as mechanical possibilities, look at the things you haven't replaced yet:Check the tie-rods,as said above.Look at the spindle, shock, control arms to see if anything is loose or bent.Check all the associated bushings and ball joints.Although the VSA issue needs to be fixed,I really think the vibration is related to something mechanical in the suspension.
