LOL, I am with the guy who posted about jail. expect 2 weeks, and I mean you will get 30 days in jail which means you serve 15 of em unless you do weekends but do you want to spend 3/4 of a year of weekends in a cell? plus expect 500 in fines. That trooper will fuck you in court.

Can't you just call the number on back of paper call the courthouse pay courts fee $50ish bucks...$100+ish for reckless? Send in payment etc. accept the reckless record...3years and it'll automactically be removed? This happen 2me b4 (reckless X2,engauging in competition etc.x1) just paid fine,never saw jailtime etc. get a lawyer if ya want to try and get it remove from ya record or reduce the heavy fine....going to jail? nawww but it is a possibility....cause this is fuccen retard VA!

Well I have had three wreckless tickets but never one for 41 over. But sicne it's your first you should be ok. You should feel lucky that he didn't take you to jail.

Dude, it's Reckless, not wreckless.
Get a lawyer and maybe he can talk the cop into lowering the charge to improper.
Pay now or pay in the long run, ie, pay for the laywer or get fucked by insurance.
