Automotive GalleryVehicle (meaning anything with an engine) and related pictures and videos go here, everything else goes in one of the Eye-Candy forums.
I do have one question about what I've seen so far, what are you doing intake manifold wise, I mean half plastic and extremely long runners. It just seems very breakable and restricting in my opinion.

I can't speak for them, but I ran 15psi through a plastic intake manifold on my old VR6 turbo without any problems.

Customer is not going for crazy power just 9 pounds of boost should make around 200. I was a little worried about that myself but i did a little research, the stock manifold is fine on that boost level.
Cool, my 2012 Civic Si has a plastic intake manifold on it, I just doubt the durability and strength of a plastic manifold in a boosted application. Hopefully they will make a RBC intake manifold adapter plate or something better for mine, I don't like plastic on a motor at all.

FWIW LSXs have had plastic composite intake manifolds since the LS1 came out in '97. Nobody bother's swapping to a metal one. Even the higher performance FAST LSX manifolds are plastic.
