It was closer to 64 than Lynnhaven. It was more around exit 16-17.

some guy driving a vdot truck hit my moms car and almost ran her over in downtown norfolk, the cheap basterds wouldnt offer any kinda of decent settlement and the court crap took like 2 years. so basically it is a pain in the ass to go agasinst vdot because they are state run and the state is cheap and yea call your insurance.

I seem to recall Calvin (RoadRacer) getting some kinda reimbursment for blowing a tire on a manhole cover in norfuck, but I am not sure, follow up with him.
