bone stock....the shop said it was the axle so all axle was replaced and drive shaft boot was rip so replaced it too but didn't stop the way it drive in 4wd so I believe its the front differential. Taking it apart to see the condition.

Also take the front shaft out, put it in 4wd high, drive it not exceeding around 40mph and see if you still get a vibe, if so it's the tcase. It's gotta be pinion or output shaft, given the info that you have given us.

Just did some trouble shooting, took both axle out and gutted the the front differential box. Drive fine with no problem. The front differential must be slipping or something. Gone a get it clean and lube up with new fluid, any idea what fluid i should use?

found same jeep at junk, put front differential n new fluid. Still vib and get stuck in 4wd. Maybe i will flush the transfer case. I believe the tcase is slipping or something
