i don't know the whole story but does your bike have a manual choke? mine did and it took me about 20 minutes to figure out why it wouldn't start!

look right next to your grip, there should be a small lever that you can push up or pull back down twards you make sure thats in the right place. all that is is a choke adjustment. but good luck man

I test rode it in a parking lot (not much fun there) but rode it around a little when I got home, and hot damn I never remember my old 600 being that tourqey. Coming around the corner of my street in second, I hit the throttle and to my suprise, front wheel right into the air, only about 1 foot tho, still scared the shit out of me
non the less im happy as hell with the bike. Even gave my wife a ride and she kinda sees what all the hype is about now too.
