if you dont have a multimeter just get a 12v test light. they are cheap and you can make one if necessary

Same thing happend to my 95 teg. Took the doorpanel off and checked the positive wire that is hooked up to the window... Since it was not getting power I just spliced it from another source and it works fine now... It doesn't sound like the motor because the movment would get slower in the window.. You probaly have a break in the wire..

well bring it to me and i can fix it..it souds like a loose wire..same thing happened to my civ..it was a easy job..

Problem fixed. It was the motor. Took it to dxplicitone and he happened to have an extra one. Thanks dxplicitone for fixing my shit.
