2006 Malibu - No Start
have you ever seen the car run? I ask because I was having a similar issue when I bought a non running car a few months ago that turned out to be a clogged cat/exhaust. I had good fuel pressure, spark and compression.
Do you have good compression? Also I would check for fuel injector pulse. I believe there's a big 20 pin or so connector located by the alternator that has all the fuel injector wiring so you won't have to pull the upper intake.
And in my first post, I was saying that the wires to the camshaft position sensor can sometimes chaff on the power steering pump if it has hydraulic steering. Being that yours is electric, it could still have a bad cam sensor, but the wires wouldn't be chaffed through.

That's another possibility. If you suspect that, pull the precat oxygen sensor and see if it'll start.
Time to investigate, and no it never ran in front of me.
